This is a rugged and relatively stiff film, and although it bends easily, it is not designed to conform to compound curves or over rivets like an engineer grade film or a conformable prismatic would. So 3930 High Intensity is recommended for use on flat surfaces or single curve surfaces. 3930 is an affordable alternative to our 983 line of 3M tapes. It has the same quality construction, and is very bright, but at a more affordable price.

3M™ 3930 Type 4 High Intensity Prismatic Sheeting is commonly seen on street signs, but in narrower rolls it’s ideal for enhancing nighttime visibility of various objects. Examples are bollards, construction containers, buildings, fire hydrants, posts, automobiles, bikes, golf carts, and much more. 3930 compares to the tape you would see on the side of a tractor trailer in appearance, but in solid colors.
